Wednesday, December 28, we signed a lease at 617 St. Johns Avenue,
Palatka, Florida. The space is beautiful, thanks to our landlords Kim
and David Church, who operate
David Church Construction.
Yay, Kim and Dave! My talented neighbor Sean, of Sean's Unique
Woodworks in Oviedo, Florida, built the stunning green bookshelves that
will energize the store's atmosphere for years to come. Yay,
Sean! He and David R installed the bookshelves in two days, allowing us
to move all our books in over the weekend, an event where we tempted our helpers with treats and eggnog.
Thanks to our families, the Swansons, the Waters, the Kanes, the Thomases, and the Erdelts, and our friends,
Jamie Morris and Sheila and Sean, for all their help with move in.

shelving and organizing madly in order to open the store sometime next
week.
